On March 13th, the entire country was forced to shut down due to a
pandemic. Millions of offices, schools, and businesses operated
remotely. My mom, dad, and sister were all home. It was a rough
adjustment period, I kept myself busy by staying on top of my school
work, watched shows on Netflix, kept my room clean, redecorated my room,
and got a Maltese puppy. My family and I got a much-needed break, we
played board games and cooked, laughed, and enjoyed each others company.
However, it was not all play. I took this opportunity to enroll myself
in numerous Computer Science courses to further my knowledge in this
field. I am so grateful for the time I got to spend with my family but
am so ready for life to return back to usual.
